- I agree to pay Tara McGillicuddy, Director of ADDClasses.com $97 for the 4 week program BASIC Adult ADD Time Management Intensive which begins on 04/04/2012 at 9:00 pm EASTERN (New York Time) .
- I understand that this track of the Adult ADD Time Management Intensive has no telephone interaction with any coaches and is purely listen-only.
- I understand that Tara McGillicuddy, ADDClasses.com, and Laura Rolands are not responsible for any decisions I make after enrolling in the Adult ADD Time Management Intensive.
- I understand that I must be over the age of 18.
- I understand that it is my responsibility to maintain my own computer to be able to use the ADDClasses.com web site. This includes keeping it free from Viruses and Spyware and making sure that my temporary internet files and cookies have been cleared recently.
- I understand that no refunds will be given.
